Thanks JK for giving your 101% in making this Yoga Anatomy& Physiology workshop oh-so-great ! i think every Yoga Teacher in KL should attend !! Yeah, i mean it -lah !

I must say i now understand my body way better than before. Hmmm the discovery of my imperfect scapulae top the list : )

Well, most importantly, with this new knowledge equipped in hand, my own yoga practice will never be the same again. I would hopefully see more positive changes from my students too.

Another great journey have just begun...

JK, "I'll be back"...

JK, a big hug and a huge thank you for all the sharing during the Anatomy & Physiology workshop. It has not only been very informative, but also relevant and insightful! I now know that the quadratus lumborum is the culprit behind that (deep) pain in the a** - hahaha.

The knowledge gained will be most helpful towards my personal practice, as well as my students' growth and journey in yoga.

Me and my dodgy knees will see you at Prenatal TTC.
