Do you need someone to taste it for quality control purpose? I can offer myself :) salad is really good both for body (asanas) and circulation (because its alkaline) and also for mind...less temprament.

I think it is a good idea. Coz I am thinking of salad as there is this fun thing that I wanna show the kids about fruits and vegetables..
